About Me

I live in beautiful Port Credit, Ontario with my wonderful husband, our cat Leyla, and four female rats. Their names are Amber, Blossom, Holly and Willow. 

I love to cook and do yoga. I'm passionate about weight lifting and the environment.  I enjoy HIIT and gardening.  I am constantly evolving spiritually and mentally.
